The University of Edinburgh Centre for Research in Digital Education is run by Moray House School of Education and Sport on behalf of the University of Edinburgh. The website used the content management system WordPress.

British Sign Language service
contactSCOTLAND-BSL runs a service for British Sign Language users and all of Scotland’s public bodies using video relay. This enables sign language users to contact public bodies and vice versa. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are not currently claiming that any accessibility problems would be a disproportionate burden to fix.

At this time we do not believe that any content is outside the scope of the accessibility regulations.
WHAT WE’RE DOING TO IMPROVE ACCESSIBILITY
We will continue to work with our developers to address these issues and deliver a solution or suitable workaround by June 2021.
We will continue to monitor the websites’s accessibility and will carry out further accessibility testing if significant changes are made to or if a service user raises an issue. Until we are able to resolve an issue or if we are unable to resolve any issue, we will ensure reasonable adjustments are in place to make sure no user is disadvantaged.

PREPARATION OF THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
This website was last tested during August 2020 and last reviewed on 20/09/20. The test was carried out within the Centre for Research in Digital Education using a Chrome browser in combination with the WAVE WebAIM web accessibility evaluation tool. We expect further manual testing of this site by the University of Edinburgh Disability Service during 2021. The pages of our website tested include indicative examples of all website page types – home, events.
